This is THE major health issue, from THE leading expert on the subject.

However, this is not all. Dr Alves Pereira’s team have been working exclusively on airborne transmission of infrasound which is causing real harm in itself. They have yet to research seismic transmission which has the potential for far greater propagation range.

For our money, that has already been well established in the Keele University report for Eskdalemuir, and in similar research in Germany.

It would appear from the German research, that 10 to 30 percent of the human population is acutely sensitive to infrasound.

That’s a pretty bleak prospect for us, and for the NHS, if IWTs are consented on the scale proposed for Wales where effects are likely to extend over 95% of the land area including into the National Parks and AONB.

We suggest the consequences for human, and animal welfare, as well as bio diversity are likely to be catastrophic, and we are making representations to Welsh Government and PEDW to this effect.
