Reply to Nation Cymru

Our reply on the recent Nation Cymru post where it appears they have suddenly woken up to what is proposed around where they live:

“This is a travesty for a folly of ‘renewables’ that are unreliable, inefficient, and dangerous.

Between 10 and 30% of the population are sensitive to infrasound that propagates up to 20 km from the turbine and is now proven to do real harm to humans and animals alike

Noise regulation ETSU-R-97 ignores this completely so offers no protection. What’s more topics like ‘human health’, and ‘impact on fixed geology’ (seismic impact), are being scoped out of Environmental Impact Statements to our cost and developers gain.

They also have an uncanny knack of falling over, bursting into flames, and flinging bits of themselves great distances.

These developments should NOT be consented under these circumstances but it will likely take judicial review to stop them”.
